Ambassador of the North Korea in Mongolia Kim Sok Ho, and Board member of Pektusan Society Sarantuya have visited the ISS on 12 june 2009.
Sarantuya, Board member of Pektusan society, has delivered a speech on Songun foreign policy. Songun is firstly, political policy. Secondly, military policy.

Songun is political policy and Juche is still an active theory, and what kinds of issues they are soluting nowdays are:

1. North Korea is only one country with socialist regime so it stubbornly and resolutely defending socialisms ideas.

2. Policy aiming at reuniting Korea by peaceful methods and showing it's powers.

3. North Korea is playing a considerable role in the Korean penincula, Asia, Asian and the Pacific region, and peace keeping process in the world.
